The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Jagan Mohan Reddy today has come to the State Secretariat and entered his chambers in the morning at the scheduled Muhurat. The NGO leaders and employees of the Secretariat welcomed him. His convoy reached the Secretariat at 8.30 AM.
After reviewing with the officials Jagan will see some files and later he is scheduled to attend the swearing-in of the Protem Speaker. Then he will attend the swearing-in ceremony of the Minister. Governor Narasimhan will administer the oath of secrecy.
He entered the chambers after breaking a coconut at 8.39. Purohits after doing the pooja blessed him and then he sat in the chair.
The pooja was done as per the Hindu tradition. Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam was present along with some other officers here in the CM chambers. He was presented a Durga Devi photo by the priests. He signed papers given by Ajay Kallam. Jagan offered sweets to Chief Secretary also the DGP Gowtham Sawang.
Then Jagan offered floral tributes his father YS Rajasekhar Reddy. There was a study stream of visitors to his chambers. The Ministers to take the oath have also congratulated Jagan. Roja was missing today.
