A Chief Minister cannot speak or do whatever he wants said KCR. He was talking to the RTC employees here at the Pragathi Bhavan. KCR said that he would whistle when the RTC earns a surplus of around Rs 1000 crore.
He has to consult the security people while moving out,and also talk after taking suggestions from the Officials. Earn well and then whistle he suggested to the employees here.
All the issues would be resolved and if anything more can also be suggested the told the employees. The welfare board for the employees will be constituted he said.
Dont take action all the time he told officials. Do not stop the increment he ordered. Create a positive atmosphere for the employees to work he suggested.
The employees must also have goals he said. Why should we run empty buses he said. Why do we need 3000 buses in Hyderabad he questioned.
Identify where to run the services and where to stop he suggested. Win over the passenger’s ina big way he said . RTC is the safest he said.
