CJI Ramana speaks in Telugu for a TTD Pilgrim

Saying that he is also a devotee to Lord Balaji, the CJI Ramana wanted the petitioner named Dada to have patience for resolving the issue. The devotee of Balaji claimed that the TTD was not performing the daily rituals properly and deviating from the Agama sastra.

The case was rejected by the High court and then the devotee filed the case in the Supreme court. The CJI gave one week time for the TTD to explain the deviation of the procedures.

During the course of the argument, the CJI intervened in Telugu and asked the petitioner to have patience first and then go for the argument. The CJI also warned the petitioner that he has no option but to dismiss the case.

The CJI also enquired if the name of the petitioner was Dada in reality. The petitioner explained that it Dasanu Dasa dubbed as Dada. The CJI wanted the TTD to explain if there was any deviation in the procedure of daily rituals to God.

CJI also convince the petitioner that if there was anything wrong the Lord Balaji will definitely take care of the things. When the petitioner tried to argue further the CJI Ramana suggested he wait for one week with all the patience.
