But Chinrajeevi is keeping cool as he has recovered half of the investment by selling the movie to OTT. With the Telugu collections, he is poised to make a turnaround and then with the sale in the Hindi language he is going to make profits.
So Godfather is a profit project for Koniela productions. The music is not that good, the Thaar Maar song dance done by Prabhu Deva is just Ok. But the OTT has in fact saved the film we can say. Half of the investment has been recovered by the makers.
So Chiranjeevi is happy with the outcome of Godfather. Now he has to wait for the theatre release. Just one statement on politics has made all the difference.
The BJP leader Somu Veeraraju has invited Chiru into the party. The Congress party has issued the ID card for Chiranjeevi saying that he belongs to the party.
