Chiranjeevi has done a lot of hit movies on the beaches of Visakhapatnam. He likes the atmosphere of Visakha very much. During some functions, Chinrajeevi expressed his desire to stay in the beach city.
He wanted some land for the construction of his house. Right now Jaganmohan Reddy the CM of AP assured the lands for Telugu film industry people.
Charan is already constructing a studio here and they may construct a house also. There is a talk that Chiranjeevi is planning to shift to Visak and shuttle to Hyderabad also whenever required.
