Chiranjeevi who is all set to release the remake movie with the title Godfather is planning to construct a new cine studio in Visakhapatnam it is reported.
Charan his son will be looking after the project it is reported. The Jagan Government has cleared the project and gave some subsidies also it is learnt.
That was the main reason Chiranjeevi was almost on his knees in front of Jagan during the cinema ticket rate meetings. Now more or less the project is OK.
Today Chiranjeevi met Jagan along with Prime Minister Modi in Bheemavaram and Jagan called him his brother. At the same time Dil Raju the mega-producer of the Telugu Film Industry is also planning to construct a studio in Telangana on the borders of Hyderabad.
This studio is going to have all the hi-tech facilities.
We have Ramoji Film city, Ramanidu studios, Annapoorna studios, and Sarathi Studios which are being used by the film industry and then we will have another from Dil Raju with all hitech facilities if everything goes well as planned.
There is also a talk that Chiranjeevi has kept the project of the studio on hold for the time being in Andhra Pradesh. Suresh Production on the other hand is having a studio in Vishakapatnam already.
We have to see how far the plans of Chiranjeevi and Dil Raju will take shape. Both Jagan and KCR Governments are encouraging the cine industry but with some reservations.
