Sandhya Sridhar, the MD of Sandhya Convention, was taken into custody by the Delhi police in connection with a cheating case.
There are some police and ED cases against him. It is reported that he deceived multiple people in Delhi for several crores of rupees under the guise of business investments.
The Delhi police team has taken Sridhar into custody and is transporting him to Delhi for further legal proceedings.
Sridhar has been accused in multiple cheating cases in Hyderabad and other cities involving celebrities and businessmen under various pretexts.
There are reports that he has cheated the relative of Big B Amitabh Bachchan.
He has been previously arrested and remanded by the police in several of these cases. There are reports that he has been threatening people with his Goondas to avoid the payments.
