Kelvin the main drug pedlar in Hyderabad has saved the name of film star Charmee as Dada on his cell phone. Today Charmee who is working with director Puri Jagannath in producing the movies has attended the ED office in Hyderabad.
Charmee was accompanied by around a dozen bouncers as if she was coming for a cloth shop inauguration. They pushed the onlookers aside when she arrived at the ED office.
It can be handled as a ver low key affair, but as usual, the media and others made it into a big hungama. yesterday Puri Jagannath attended the office with his chartered accountant.
Later Bandla Ganesh came to the ED office and created a scene and made a statement that he came for his brother Puri and he has nothing to do with the case.
Some of them commented that he came for the cheap publicity. Ganesh always craved cheap publicity. Ed was forced to step as TPCC Chief Revanth filed a case saying that the Telangana Government has left the drugs case without bringing the culprits to the books.
Now the ED recognised that there was money laundering the drug peddling and that the money was used for the production of the movies. Around a dozen cinema personalities were said to be involved in the case. Akun Sabharwal who handled the case was later transferred.
