Chandrayaan 2 is all set to land on the moon. It is very close to the moon and as planned by the ISRO it may land on the moon on 7nth September.
Chandrayaan 2 has left the Earths orbit and is moving closer to the moon as scheduled by the Scientists.So far the mission is going on as expected and there are no glitches
On August 20 it has reached the moon’s orbit and lands on the moon on September 7 according to the latest schedule.ISRO Chairman Sivan was elated that the mission has been accomplished in the second attempt.
He complimented the staff of ISRO for successfully launching the rocket into the orbit. Sivan was seen talking to the media ina jovial mood after the success of the mission Chandrayaan -2 today.
The stage is set for the take 2 of Chanrayaan 2 by September 7. Now the world is again looking at Chandrayaan -2 experiments to which has been successfully done from Sriharikota again for the second time.
Earlier Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that a human being will be sent to the moon by 2022.
It may be noted that earlier the launch of the satellite was aborted due to technical reasons. When compared to others India would be doing the project at a lower cost. The Chandrayaan experiment is costing around Rs 1000 crore to India.
