Chandrababu Naidu the former CM who got an interim bail on health Grounds is all set to come out of the Jail in the evening.
However, his regular Bail petition is pending for November 10 and a quash petition is also pending in the Supreme Court. He was permitted on bail for one month on health grounds with some conditions.
The Court rejected the request of CID police that he must be escorted by four police officers from the government side. The court turned down saying that it was against the freedom of the leader.
The Conditions for Babu Interim Bail.
1. Chandrababu was asked not to take part in any political activities during his bail period.
2. He was asked not to influence any of the witnesses in the Skill Development Case
3. As the bail was granted on medical grounds, Babu was asked to restrict his movement only to his house and hospital.
4. The court asked Babu’s counsels to file a counter to the government’s petition that two DSPs should provide an escort.
5. The court also made it clear that it would not interfere into the Centre’s orders over providing Z+ security to Chandrababu.
