AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu is a confused man. With the majority of the parties going against him, he has no other option but to get ready for the polls. He needs winning horses now. It is a known fact that after conducting about 20 surveys, K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM has released the list of 105 candidates at a time. This made the opposition to run for cover and take notice of the situation.

Now Chandrababu has ordered for a survey to finalise the candidates for the election so that they can start the campaigning. He wants to take a leaf from the style of KCR. KCR took all the risk in announcing the candidates.

But will Chandrababu take the risk is the question? Chandrababu has the habit of not only thinking twice but thrice. His son Lokesh is also involved in selecting candidates it is reported. He wants to have his group of MLAs so that it would be useful for inheriting the power from his father in the near future. The way Lokesh has been made the MLC and taken into the cabinet shows it all.

There is a talk in the Telugu states that the sons would take over the from the fathers. But KTR ruled it out and Lokesh never said no to it.

For the time being Chandrababu is weighing the options and there is a talk that he has already aligned with the Congress from the back door. The TDP -Congress combine have to fight against Jana Sena, YSRC, BJP and communists in Andhra Pradesh. The YSRC is the key player and other parties will just divide the votes.

The initial surveys said that TDP would come back with a slender majority. There is still a lot of time and one has to see how things change in the near future.
