After listening to the arguments presented by Chandrababu’s advocate Luthra, the court will make a final decision regarding Chandrababu’s judicial custody and bail.
Chandrababu is currently awaiting the court’s decision in the courtroom. Babu will be present in the courtroom when the judgment will be pronounced.
Nara Lokesh, Chandrababu’s son, has arrived at the court and is reportedly consulting with TDP leaders and legal experts on how to proceed with this case. It is known that Lokesh also had a meeting with Chandrababu to discuss the situation.
The ACB court judge posed direct questions to the AP CID officers and AAG (Additional Advocate General) Sudhakar Reddy regarding the addition of Chandrababu’s name to the FIR. The judge inquired about the reasons behind this decision and sought clarification on why Chandrababu’s name had not been included in the earlier FIR.
It appears that the AAG was also asked whether there was sufficient evidence to implicate Chandrababu in the scam.
The judge’s logical questions seemed to have taken the CID officials and AAG Sudhakar Reddy by surprise. Following these inquiries, the judge adjourned the proceedings for a ten-minute break.
Lokesh is following the proceedings along with the briefing from Luthra and others. Balakrishna was here at the court for a brief period and then he left.
