Nara Chandrababu Naidu is the leader of the opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and is also the chief of the TDP which is under ICU in AP and presently almost does not exist in Telangana.

He is the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, serving from 2014 to 2019. He is the first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh after it was divided.

Babu was the first Tech Savvy and media-savvy CM from across the country who developed Hyderabad in a big way with Hitech-city.

He wanted to develop Andhra Pradesh like Singapore, with Amaravathi as the capital. but Jagan the new CM came in the way and stalled the plans of Chandrababu.

Now Jagan is planning for three capitals. The TDP is almost not there in AP, and it is for Chandrababu to revive the party.

There is talk that Daggubati Venkateshwar Rao his relative would join the party soon. But Babu is still remembered for his development works in the United Andhra Pradesh.

Babu has been in the political arena for about forty years and claims to be the senior politician by himself. At 72 he is struggling to survive as a politician.
