With the AP High Court dismissing the quash petition of Chandrababu, he has no other option but to approach the Supreme Court for some relief.

The quash petition has been struck down by the AP High Court despite being argued by the top Lawyers from the Supreme Court.

The remand for Babu has been extended for two more days by the ACB court.

It looks like the Court has rejected the request of Chandrababu. If Babu’s case is not listed in the Supreme Court Immediately, he will have to remain in judicial custody.

Babu will approach the court on Monday.

It looks like the Court is in Agreement with the CBI Arguments. The 17 A that is pertaining to the governor’s permission does not apply to this case, the court opined.

The CID has sought the custody of Chandrababu for 5 days and the court has permitted just two days of custody. Babu will be questioned by the CID for two days.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju the MP said that his mind was blocked. TDP leaders stated that Jagan was doing all this with his personal grudge against Babu.

He might be taken to a nearby office for questioning by the CID. Now the only hope is the High Court. Earlier Babu replied that he does not know and he does not remember.

The remand has been extended for two days and the court has agreed for two days of custody.
