After 52 days the former CM and LOP Chandrababu Naidu was granted Bail by the AP High Court. He will be on bail with the health grounds till next month’s end.
Meanwhile, the verdict on the quash petition will be given in the Supreme Court. This bail is pertaining to the skill case and the AP Government has foisted a new case on him.
He was arrested on September 9 in Nandyal district by the CID. The TDP leaders are rushing to the Rajahmundry Jail. Lokesh and Bhuwaneshwari are ready to receive Babu from the Jail.
The war begins said Lokesh the son of Babu and the GS of TDP. Babu is scheduled to travel from the jail to Amaravathi. He will undergo the eye surgery at LV Prasad Hospital near his house in Hyderabad.
The court has ordered a surety of one lakh rupees to release Babu from the Jail. The court said not to the request of CID lawyers suggesting that two DSPs must be allowed with Chandrababu.
The court said that keeping police with Babu is against his personal freedom. He will have to surrender to the Court by November 28th evening.
Babu will go to the Airport in a rally and then he will reach Hyderabad for the required treatment.
