With present tensions brewing between Pakistan and India, the centre has sent an alert message to all the states taking the Ganesh Chaturthi into account. With the BJP becoming active in Telangana there is every chance that the sleeper cells could be activated in Hyderabad for creating communal tensions in the name Ganesh festival and Shoba yatra.
The intelligence and plainclothes men are put on high alert in Hyderabad and sensitive areas of the old city. The vested interests want to disturb the communal harmony in the states to take revenge on the division of Jammu Kashmir and the removal of article 370.
The city of Hyderabad, Secunderabad and also Cyberabad is on a high alert and traffic is being checked now and then en route. At the same time, Amit Shah and the BJP chief is also coming to Hyderabad in the name of liberation day.
The MIM is against this program and the TRS Government is also not supporting the BJP. Taking all this into account the centra intelligence agencies are already scanning the length and breadth of the city.
There are apprehension on the movement of the sleeper cells and that they may trigger something or the other during the festival season so that the trip of Home Minister Shah would be cancelled.
But the BJP leaders here are hell-bent upon doing the liberation day here in Hyderabad on September 17.
