Congress chief Rahul Gandhi today charged that the CBI chief and his deputy were sent on leave by the Modi Government to see that they don’t probe the Rafale deal. Addressing the media Rahul Gandhi questioned as to where was the need for a late night operation removing the CBI officers he questioned?
This decision goes against the dignity of the PM and also CBI he stated. Rahul also alleged that now a corrupt officer has been posted as the new CBI Incharge. The last contract of Rafale was scrapped and Modi the PM entered into the deal with a new contract he said. He wanted a thorough investigation against the CBI postings and also the Rafale deal.
On the other hand, Rahul said that the BJP and RSS do not encourage women, but he wants 50 per cent of the states to be ruled by women in the coming 5-7 years. He said that Congress wants more of women participation in all fields including politics.
Gandhi said that he would be like an Advocate to fight for the rights of women in Politics. He said that the winnability must be the criteria, but women also can win he opined.
