Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik said that no one from TMC consulted or talked to them for the last one and half years. But however, he said that the CBI must do a professional and a non-political job. It is reported that Mamata Banerjee the Chief Minister of West Bengal said that she would be consulting on going back from dharna which she has been doing since 3rd of February. Now Mamata wants to consult the senior leaders and others who are supporting her before she calls of the dharna.
Meanwhile, the court said that the CBI cannot arrest the Kolkata police chief, but he was advised to cooperate with the CBI pertaining to the Sarada chit fund scam. Both the BJP and the TMC claimed that the court has done the right thing. Both the parties are claiming that they have won the case.
The parties with TMC leader Mamata have said that it was not right on the part of CBI to raid the house of the police chief without a warrant. The CBI claims that they have evidence against the police chief that he was involved in the scam to protect some top people in the state.
