First it was demonetisaton which has made the lives of people miserable with banks dictating terms on the money we deposited. Next there was no money in ATMs and there is no money in ATMs so far.
In the name of GST the bank charges have increased. In the name of cash less transactions card payment was encouraged and you have pay something extra for this.Both the CMs of Telugu states Babu and KCR supported this.
The Government said that the GST makes you life cheaper, but the reality is different. With GST you are ending up more by 20 percent. If the hotel bill was Rs 100 earlier it is 120 now adding the central and the state GST. The charges are being levied on card payments. The people are of the opinion that the cash transactions are cheaper.
PM Modi and FM Jailtely can take it for granted that they cannot build a cash less society in the near future as it is proving to be very costly for the common man. As the money goes out of the account in the name of cash less payments, the face of common man is turning red.
These days people have stopped putting the money in banks, as the rate of interest is less and you have to lose money for every transaction. SBI is one bank which is taking money for everything. The cheque books are coming after a month . You have to pay for the cheque books also. It is like Tuglaq Raj where tax was levied on your hair also for growing it big.
No one is implementing the cheap rate on groceries. But every one is implementing where the prices have gone up. The monthly bill of an average salaried man has gone up by 20 percent.
We can say that Modi has failed the people in giving a cheaper society, in the name of cash less transactions and GST.
