IT officer Ratnakar has filed a case against Minister Malla Reddy at the police station. The officer complained that his Lap Top, and the phone were taken by the Minister and replaced by another Laptop.
The Minister obstructed the services of the officers he said. The case has been filed under six sections at the Boinpally Police station. Malla Reddy tore away the search warrant given by the IT sleuths.
The Minister also filed a counter case against the IT officer at the same police station that his son was beaten up by the IT people. The Laptop is lying in the police station and Ratnakar said he is not going to collect it.
The police also filed a case against the IT officer on the complaint of the Minister. Malla Reddy stated that the IT officers have taken the signature with force.
The cases were transferred to Dundigal police station. The money was planted by the IT people and it was not seized from my house the Minister explained.
I will pay the fine in cash why are they harassing us the Minister questioned. He talked to the media and said that he was innocent and had done nothing illegal.
This case is the talk of the town after the case of Kamalakar Reddy in connection with illegal mining.
