A petition has been filed in the AP High court against the Police and AP Government as they stopped Chandrababu from touring the Visakhapatnam where he was arrested by the police and attacked by the party workers here.
Chandrababu had no other option but to return back to Hyderabad last night. Now the TDP leaders have filed a case against the Government and also are planning to make a complaint against them to the Governor AP.
The Government first gave permission to the TDP for the tour in Visakhapatnam but the LOP Chandrababu was stopped form the visit. On the other hand, Chandrababu is planning to make his visit again in Vizag.
While there is unrest in Andhra, the ED cases pertaining to Jagan and others have been posted to next month 6th it is reported. Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, RS member from YSRC Vijay Sai Reddy also attended the Court.
The CBI court has advised Jagan the CM of AP to attend Court. Jagan Mohan Reddy has been evading the case from time to time and he is the A1 in the case.
