Can the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the Home Minister Mahmood Ali run the show at Assembly? Is there a precedent where one Minister and Chief Minister organised the Governors speech and Thanksgiving is the question. It all depends on what the Chief Minister KCR is thinking. We need a Minister for Legislative affairs to run the show in the Assembly.
This indicates that the Chief Minister may go for a brief searing in a ceremony where he will have a team of 8 people. This will be sufficient to run the show at the Assembly where the Governor would address a joint session of the council and the Assembly members. The first expansion could be for the Assembly and the second one will be after the parliament elections.
There is speculation about KTR and Harish Rao. Some say that KTR will get different portfolios this time. Some others speculate that Harish would be drafted for the parliament elections. There are people who speculate that Harish will be the Finance Minister and KTR will get Cinematography this time.
There are people who say that both KTR and Harish will have to wait till the parliament elections are over.
So far no one is able to speculate or find out what is in the mind of KCR. But whatever he does is right for the party and also the future of Telangana. One woman will be there in the cabinet and that could be Padma Devendar. Pocharam Srinivas Reddy could be the speaker. But it all depends on the will and wish of KCR the TRS supremo.
