The State Budget for 2020-21 will focus on the coming GHMC elections is it learnt. The idea is to attract the city voters by allocating funds for further development of the city.
The Telangana Budget will start from 6th of this month and the Budget will be presented by the Finance Minister Harish Rao or if needed CM might also take up the Budget presentation.
There will be a big discussion on the CAA in the Assembly where the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will move the motion against the implementation of the CAA.
MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi who is also the leader of the opposition will support the motion and the same would be forwarded to central Government.

CM KCR has suggested that the Budget should reflect the reality and that allocations should be made for the sectors which require the funds. Majlis is the second-largest party in the House, while TDP has two members and BJP has just one member.
Congress has 6 members. The TRS can just bulldoze any bill it wants to implement in the state.
