The foundation for the development should be strong said Finance Minister Etela .While presenting the budget today here in Assembly Etela opined that the rural development must also go hand in hand along with the metros.
He said that the TRS Government was doing everything for the development of rural infrastructure. He said that apart from the agriculture, animal husbandry sector is also being given top priority he added.
He explained that 4 lakh families were being distributed with 84 lakh sheep. So far 50 lakh sheep were distributed and that they are multiplying in a phased manner. The gollakuruma, Gangaputra and mudiraj community were given all the importance.
The fishermen are getting the seed fish and also marketing facilities he explained. 200 retail outlets are being constructed for marketing the fish he said. The poultry industry is also getting all the encouragement from the government he stated.
