BRS president and former Chief Minister KCR congratulated Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan who won the Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.
The TDP-Janasena-BJP alliance is scheduled to assume power in Andhra Pradesh.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao also extended his wishes to Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan on securing a huge victory in the Assembly elections. He wished that they also succeed in serving the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Talking about the defeat of the BRS in the Lok Sabha polls, KTR said that the party will rise again and continue to work for the welfare of the people in general.
It may be recalled that KCR predicted the win of Jagan in AP, but Jagan lost miserably. There are rumours that Pawan might get a central minister post also.
The BRS cadres and leaders are worried as to what would be the future of the party here in Telangana. Some say that KCR must bother about the state and forget about the expansion in other states.
