The spat between Garikapati and Naga Babu familiy is brewing into a major controversy.All India Brahmin Federation vice-president Dronamraju Ravi Kumar commented: “It is an illusionary field, which doesn’t differentiate between make-up and Avadhanam.
The comment that a traditional spiritual guru, who is an enlightening society with his daily preaching, is jealous of the popularity of a filmy trader who knows only to do business with his acting and has forgotten to do good to society, is nothing but spitting at the sky.”
Without mentioning Naga Babu, Ravi Kumar wondered how a person, who plays second fiddle to others, makes comments on Twitter.
But mega fans have also reacted strongly on the Twitter to the comments made by Garikapati and demanded an apology from him. Some of them even threatened to stall his “pravachanams.”
Needless to say, the Garikapati-Chiranjeevi episode provided a lot of masala for television channels and digital media. Garikapati who is known as a scholarly person must hold his horses before making comments or stopping a person of the stature of Chiranjeevi.
