Brahmanandam is playing the main comedian in Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s “MLA”, which is being directed by Upendra who is a former associate of Sreenu Vaitla. Talk is that he cut down nearly half his remuneration for the movie.
He is also playing a lengthy role in Manchu Vishnu’s “Aachari America Yatra”. Apart from remuneration, his comic capers had become too repetitive. His brand of jokes and comic expressions no longer had the audience laughing.
On the other hand, this veteran star comedian is now spending his time playing with his newborn grandson Partha. It is like bow down to the tide when it is very high.
Lets hope Brahmi will rise again.
