In the series of bomb blasts in Sri Lanka’s capital Colombo, 167 people have been killed so far. More than 400 people were seriously injured. It is believed that the devotees were participating in special prayers during Easter Sunday. All six of the explosions took place at a time. Hundreds of people died in those blasts.

Three of the churches were targeted. Three-star hotels were targeted. But Suicide Bomberlay is basically assessing the carnage. According to the police, two persons had booked a room on the 20th of this month at the Shangrila Hotel in Colombo. They were checked into room number 616.

According to CCTV footage of the hotel, the two suspects have been accused of suicide attacks. They exploded themselves at the Cafeteria in Shangrila Hotel. It seems that the use of c-4 exposures is used for explosions. About 25 kg of bombs were used to explore the hotel.

The police who came into the room seems to have collected some items from there. But investigators believe that suicide bombers are Islamic extremists. However, they are yet to know where they are, police said.
