It has come to notice through Government that, there is a shortage of blood in the Blood Banks due to which Thalasemia Patients and Dialysis Patients are Severely suffering from medication due to lack of sufficient blood in the Blood Banks.
In this regard, I have requested the Collector & District Magistrate, Nizamabad to accord permission to fix a Blood Donation Camp on a suitable date in the Forest Complex Nizamabad to receive the Blood from Forest Department staff who are ready to donate the Blood.
In this regard an emergency requirement of Blood to Thalasemia Patients and Blood Dialysis Patients due to National Pandemic Disease (COVID-19) & as per the instructions following social distancing.
A Blood Donation Camp in the presence of the Collector & District Magistrate, Nizamabad C.Narayana Reddy, I.A.S., Garu, Superintendent of Government General Hospital, Nizamabad & Blood Bank Incharge Dr. Fareedha Garu and Lab Assistant Raja Reddy of the District Blood Bank was conducted in the premises of Forest Complex, Nizamabad.
For which the District Forest Officer, Nizamabad Dr. Sunil S. Hiremath, IFS., Garu and the Forest Range Officers & Executive Staff and Ministerial Staff total (34) numbers of Nizamabad District have participated in Blood Donation Camp and donated Blood by maintaining Social Distancing due to Pandemic COVID -19 and the donated blood has been collected by the Blood bank staff which is more or less helpful to cure the Patients suffering from shortage of Blood for Thalasemia Patients and Blood Dialysis and other Patients.
