The Congress is on a high after completing Rahul Gandhi’s meeting with a large crowd. It was impressive. The leaders were united and mobilised huger crowds for the meeting and rally in Warangal.

Now the BJP has to score a point over the Rahul meeting, by mobilising better crowds for the Amit Shah meeting here in Telangana on 14nth.

They are targeting over six lakh people to be present in Maheshwaram.

Party chief Bandi Sanjay, directed the leaders and cadre to ensure a large attendance for the event. During a teleconference with party leaders, Sanjay urged them to launch protests across the state against the increased power tariff.

The upwardly revised tariffs that came into effect on April 1 are being reflected in this month’s bills, he said.

For the April 14 meeting, Sanjay said at least 20 party workers must be mobilised to attend from booth-level party units and at least 5,000 people from every Assembly constituency.

The goal is to have around six lakh people attend Shah’s public meeting in RR district. The area is Minister Sabitha Indra Reddys stronghold.

It is also the area of Konda Vishweshwar Reddy. But we do not know which way the former Congress leader is going. They say he is all set to join the BJP . Some others say he will rejoin the Congress party. There is a talk that Konda is launching a new party.
