Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy today praised Jaganmohan Reddy for reinstating the services of Ramana Deehistuu as the Chief Priest of the TTD.
Deekhsitulut today received Swamy at the TTD this morning and treated him with all the Temple formalities. Swamy in a chit chat said that the hereditary rights of the Priests should be protected.
He also said that investigation must be done into the misappropriation of funds in the TTD. It may be noted that in the board meeting, Chairman Subb Reddy has announced that Deekhsitulu will be the honorary chief priest of the TTD.
It may be recalled that Deekhsitulu was removed from the Temple of TTD in the name of retirement. Deeshituul termed it as illegal and also contested the same in the court of law.
He also performed a Yagna for the victory of YSRC and Jaganmohan Reddy. Now Deekshitultu has been rewarded by the CM Jagan. It was surprising to see that a man like Swamy who always fought against the corruption and ED cases was all in praise for Jaganmohan Reddy who goes to the court every Friday.
