After getting a severe drubbing in Telangana, the BJP is still looking at the state for the parliament elections. It is reported that both PM Narendra Modi and the party President Amit Shah are planning to tour the state for the sake of parliament elections it is reported.

Every seat is important for the party now as they have lost 3 states. The popularity of Modi is on the decline and they want to concentrate on the South for getting some seats. It is clear that they may not get enough number of seats like earlier times from North.

The BJP leaders who met for making a strategy have decided that they must find alternative ways and means to get the required majority. KTR the TRS leader said that the BJP may not get the required majority in the 2019 elections.

Now with Babu forming a group and KCR trying for another group, there will be multi-corned contests which would make the situation very difficult for the BJP. Even a few seats from Telangana would make all the difference for the party and add up to the tally. The BJP is of the hope that the Parliament elections would be different from the Assembly elections.
