The BJP has taken a bold decision to make a BC candidate as Chief Minister if the BJP comes to power in Telangana.
The BJP BC leaders today expressed their gratitude to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National President J P Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for taking such a decision in offering Chief Minister post for BC candidates.
The BJP MLA Etala Rajender said that the ruling BRS party betrayed BCs, SCs and STs for not providing cabinet portfolios for the past few years.
The Congress party and ruling BRS party have influenced BCs, SCs and STs by accepting their votes but forgot in providing opportunities.
“During the National Executive Meeting held in Delhi, the BJP under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a decision to offer the Chief Minister post for BCs in Telangana.
The BC population is more than 52 percent in Telangana and the BRS, Congress parties failed to give priority to BCs. A concrete decision has been taken for offering Chief Minister post for BCs in Telangana,” Rajender said.
