There is a lot of talk going on about leaders joining the BJP. Some ambitious leaders are of the Opinion that Amit Shah is working on a master strategy to lure the top guns of other parties into the BJP fold so that they will become the deciding factor in Telangana.

Telangana state may witness many political surprises before 2019 elections. The discontent is brewing in the ruling TRS also. It is ready to come out at some point of time once the seats are announced for the elections.

Bolstered by the resounding victory of the saffron party in Uttar Pradesh, BJP intensified efforts to strengthen the party in non- BJP ruling states particularly Telangana. The four leaders in the Telugu states Dattatreya, Kishan Reddy Dr Laxman guided by Venkaiah Naidu have been striving to build the party but so far nothing happened.

Party leaders said that after the UP elections, BJP high command had a series of sittings with some senior leaders of other parties who maintained good following among people. It identified Congress senior leader Komatireddy Venkatreddy and TDP working President A Revanth Reddy as the potential popular figures in Telangana. On the other hand Amit Shah is planning to make regular visits to Telangana.

Internal bickering among congress leaders isolated Komatireddy in Telangana Congress and forced him to stay away from party activities in the recent past. JanaReddy has lost the confidence of almost all the MLAs and leaders in his own party. They think twice before they dicuss anything with him. He is considered as a leader of Opposition within his own party.
Taking cue, BJP boss Amit Shah sent strong signal to Komatireddy that the party is ready to roll out red carpet for him.

The recent statement made by state BJP President K Laxman that many leaders from Congress and TDP were in regular touch with party high command strengthened ongoing speculations that Komatireddy is likely to join the party. NVS Prabahakar the MLA from Uppal who is a strong worker for the BJP is also hopeful that a new yogi will emerge from Telangana.

TDP senior leader Revanth Reddy who has been fighting tooth and nail against TRS is also the most sought after leader for BJP. Revanth is already maintaining good relations with BJP leaders . Sources said the TDP leader sought some time to take a decision.As of now the TDP is a closed chapter in Telangana.
