The BJP leadership has contacted Mudragada the Kapu leader and agreed to consider his demand for inclusion of Kapus into the OBC list, provided he joined the party.
However, Mudragada sought some time to take a decision it is reported.
Though the party leadership is said to be already in touch with Chiranjeevi to bring him into the BJP, it cannot project him as effective leader since he had failed to lead his own party. Hence, the BJP top leadership is said to be eyeing Mudragada.
Jana Sena Party floated by Pawan Kalyan, is likely to sail with the TDP, the BJP needs a strong leader like Mudragada.
The Kapus, who have been shifting their loyalties between the TDP and the Congress in the past, do not have a party or a strong leader of their own and in the next elections, they might be compelled to shift towards the YSR Congress party or they might join the BJP.
But what if BJP and TDP sail together ?
