A survey done by a National magazine and Karvy says that the people still favour the BJP and Narendra Modi in the coming elections.
Even if the elections are held now the BJP is all set to come to power in the country with more than three hundred seats. But the party cannot make inroads in the Southern states.
The BJP has been trying to make a dent into the regional parties in AP and Telangana. But the Survey says that the people are still favouring the regional parties like TRS and YSRC here.
In karnataka the people have been favouring different parties. They have not given a clear mandate to the BJP. In the same fashion the people are wanting TRS to be in power in Telangana.
The people are still favouring the regional parties in the Southern states. They do not want to encourage BJP here. The survey indicates that the BJP may not retain the 4 MP seats in the coming elections.
It is no easy for the BJP in the Southern states.
