Bipasha Basu has always maintained that one should eat in moderation, stay away from junk food and sweet as they do nothing good for the body. Bips completely believes in the saying, ‘eat breakfast like a king’ and also make your meals smaller as the day passes by. she mentioned that one should have many small meals in a day rather than having three big meals.
Bipasha’s day starts with a cup of tea and soaked almonds along with warm water. She savours a heavy breakfast that majorly consists of porridge, egg whites, skimmed milk or fruit juices. For lunch and dinner, she prefers only home cooked food that consists of dal, chicken, fish, green vegetables and even salads.
Apart from the usual healthy foods, Bipasha ensures nibbling on some amazing dishes that are a treat to the eyes and the palate as well.
