Salman Khan the hero is worried about the length of his upcoming film Bharat. The film is scheduled for about 3 hours and the fans of Salman always want dishum- dishum and it should be over in two hours. Here in this film, Salman plays multiple characters and it pre-independence and post-independence era shots apart from the present trends.
The director has shot extensively and he believes that it should be 3 hours. But Salman is for 2. 5 hours time. It is the remake of a Korean film with permission. The title is an Ode to my Father in the Indianised format.
These days the movie runs in more number of theatres and the audience in the multiplexes want movies not more than 2 hours in duration. They want flicks and especially Salman fans to want all fast forward kind of movies with Paisa Vasool attitude.
It has to be seen who will succeed, the director or the hero. Ali Abbas Zafar is the director and there are many songs in the film. Who knows they may remove on song also for cutting the duration of the movie.
