Beware of Nestle products: Health hazard

Fast foods and instant foods generally are not good for health. Nestle products mostly come into the fast-food category and the ready to eat category.

2 minutes Maggi noodles is one of them. Earlier, Nestle’s product Maggi was banned for a brief period with concerns over safety offered by the product. Maggi was first banned across the country and later the ban was lifted.

It was done due to excess content of lead in the product which is consumed in the name of 2 minutes Maggi.

In a presentation that was circulated, 70 percent of the Nestle products in food and drinks and 90 percent of beverages, baring Coffee have failed to meet the health standards, a newspaper said in its report.

However, it is said that only selected products were taken into account over the safety offered by these products. The data pertaining to products like baby formula, pet food, coffee, and health science were not taken into consideration.

In its report, the UK daily Newspaper quoted the swiss company as saying that, several improvements have been made for our products. But the products underperform, due to the increasing consumer demands and pressure of the regulatory body.
