The Government is spending around 387 crore for developing the handlooms here in Siricilla here said K Taraka Ramarao the working President of the TRS. The Neta workers will become businessmen soon in a big way said KTR. An apparel park is being developed with a cost of around 200 crore he said.
KTR has reviewed the ongoing works in his constituency. The handlooms must graduate into power looms he said.
The handloom workers interest will be protected at any cost he assured. Many welfare schemes are being implemented todevelop the handloom workers he said.
1000 looms are being developed he said. Handloom textile business will become profitable he said. Bathukamma sarees are a gift for the ladies and also it is business for the weavers he said. One must build the brand of Sirisilla hand looms he said. The sarees are very beautiful and I have seen samples said KTR. There are no schemes of this kind across the Country KTR explained.
Siricilla would be developed at any cost he assured the people here.
