In the name of software migration and merger of banks, the services are disrupted by the bankers. The customers are made to wait for hours saying that the servers are slow.

The ATMs are not functioning. Some of the banks are demanding that customers to change the pass books and also cheque books. There is no updation of the pass books.

There are no messages coming for the transactions made and no one knows what really is happening the banks. Money is deducted under various heads some of the accounts are also shown as dormant for no reason.

Three banks were merged as one banks and customers having FDs and accounts in three banks are now in for trouble. As they all come under one bank and the account numbers are changed.

Now the customers must get new account numbers, pass books, cheque books so on and so forth. The bankers just ignore the customers and blame it on the servers.

In the name of Covid the customers are made to sit for hours in the banks. One has to spend half a day in the banks to get the things done. Some Private banks are doing far better when compared to the Natinalaised banks and the banks that have been merged in the recent times.

The situation of the banks is worst right from the days of demonetisation. It has not improved. The employees are not giving proper services.

After the merger of banks very few staff members are seen in the banks.

It is better if the Finance Ministry takes stock of the situation at the earliest.
