Bandaru Dattatraya Hon’ble Governor of Haryana paid a visit to Shri Lal Krishna Advani ji at his residence, New Delhi on 12th April, 2024 to congratulate him on being honoured with the highest civilian of India “Bharat Ratna”.
Shri Bandaru Dattatraya congratulated the Government of India for recognising his invaluable contributions towards the country and conferring him with this prestigious award. He stated that he was delighted and blessed to meet the stalwart with such a towering personality.
During conversation with Shri L.K.Advani, both of them recalled the memories lane and exchanged pleasantries. Shri L.K. Advani smiled and laughed at the memories both of them exchanged during their journey together in the late eighties till 2014 to make the nation a better place.
Shri Dattatraya said that the contributions have significantly shaped the landscape for growth of modern India and provided instrumental leadership and showcased his capability of being a “statesman” in steering the country in right direction.
Shri Bandaru Dattatraya wished him good health and longevity so that his august presence keeps the young leaders in the righteous path of nation building.
