In fact, Balakrishans father senior NTR was called Annagaru in the film industry and also in the political arena. He was the CM of United AP who opposed Indira Gandhi.
Now the movie from Malineni will be Annagaru. Annagaru will be a very powerful and apt title for Balakrishna. The first look of the movie with black attire and a black car is a super-duper hit.

Actually, Malienei wanted the film to be called Ramarao Gar. But the biopics based on Ramarao Garu directed by Krish were big flops. So Balakrishna differed with the title and now it changed to Annagaru.
