Chief Minister Chandrababu was in a piquant situation when a reporter asked him if he was ready to work with the Congress party for defeating the BJP. Babu who went to Karnataka to attend the oath-taking ceremony of the JDS leader Gowda did not know what to say.
He said that the TDP would work for the strengthening of the regional parties to trounce the BJP at the centre. It looked like his stance has changed against the Congress but he was very cautious and did not say anything. He, however, said that the unity of the opposition will definitely bring down the BJP at the centre.
Babu knows how to face the media and also dodge the media. He was expecting the question but cleverly managed to come out of it. He neither said nor no the question.
Without talking about the Congress Babu said that the regional parties will together against the BJP and will win the election in 2019. The regional parties will get strengthened and start working against the BJP he stated. But he also complimented the JDS for forming the Government with the help of the Congress support here in Karnataka.
