Telugu Desam Party president and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is like a rat on the sinking boat, said Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao popularly called as KVP in the political circles.
“When a boat develops cracks and shows signs of sinking in the river, it is the rat on the boat which gets to know first and it tries to find ways to escape from sinking along with the boat.
Babu is like such a rat who is saving himself from the sinking BJP Boat KVP opined.
Babu has been sailing in the Bharatiya Janata Party boat all these days and has now sensed first, before anybody else, that the boat is sinking.
That is why, he wants to get out of the BJP-led NDA government,” KVP said.
The Congress leader said Naidu has realised that there was a negative wind in the country against the BJP, after witnessing the election trends in Gujarat and parts of Rajasthan.
That is why the TDP chief wants to break the alliance with the BJP, he said.
