Chandrababu is on a high. He wants to develop AP at a faster pace. He wants the flats in Amaravathi to be allocated to the relevant people.
Maintaining that he has won Assembly elections nine times, functioned as the Chief Minister for 14 years and as Leader of the Opposition for 15 years, Naidu said he has got the rare opportunity of discharging his duties in both the positions.
Recalling the bomb attack on him in Tirupati, he said even at that time, he did not have any regrets. “But on the floor of the House, these leaders passed highly objectionable comments against my wife, who does not have any connection with politics,” Naidu recalled.
The CM later visited the Telugu Desam party headquarters and accepted applications from the public. As the Chief Minister visited the party office on Saturday, hundreds of people and party activists called on him and submitted memoranda seeking his help to resolve their problems.
Both the CM and deputy CM are giving the darshan to the public and they are trying to resolve the issues of the common man on a daily basis. Lokesh has also started holding Janata darbars.
The idea is come closer to the people. That is already paying rich dividends.
