There is no respite from the Courts of AP for Chandrababu Naidu. The Andhra Pradesh High Court today dismissed the bail petition of Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development scam case.

Arguing on behalf of the former Andhra Pradesh chief minister his lawyer Siddartha Luthra stated that all the other accused in the case were out on bail while Babu was still inside for the last 40 days.

Chandrababu’s counsel also requested the court to grant bail on the grounds of his deteriorating health condition. The judge had sought time till noon to understand the details of Babu’s health condition before proceeding with a case earlier in the day and had adjourned it till noon.

Babu also said that there was no progress in his case so far. However, the court refused to grant him bail. It has to be seen if the Supreme Court would quash the case on Friday.

The AP Judges have already drawn flak from the local leaders and the people in General. There is a talk that the remand was given to Babu by the court even though there was no FIR against him.

There is no evidence also against him it is learnt. His family members are praying to gods and are expecting a positive response from the Supreme Court.
