Has Baahubali benefited Prabhas the answer is yes.He has become an international star. His graph has gone up and he is demanding around 30 crore remuneration it is reported. It is not a official figure.
Prabhas could have done anywhere around 6 films in the past four years.But all of them would not have been hits like Baahubali across the country and also in some parts of the world.
Prabhas however, believed in the vision of SS Rajamouli and given everything he can for ‘Baahubali’ franchise. In return, he earned so much of fame and became a world-famous actor.Now Karan Johar wants to make Bollywood movie with Prabhas.
Prabhas was paid a mind-boggling amount by Producers of ‘Baahubali’. Makers offered anywhere close to Rs 20 crore initially for both the parts. After the success of Part 1, and after dubbed in many languages. they have the luxury to offer even more for the Lead Actor and hence paid him a whooping Rs 75 crore.
Prior to ‘Baahubali’, Prabhas used to charge less than Rs 5 crore per movie and the business of his projects used to be under Rs 30 crore. Today, he commands a huge market and capable of demanding Rs 30 crore remuneration per movie irrespective of the Director/Budget.
It’s true that none of the Telugu heroes have been able to match up to Prabhas so far. Now he is great demand for getting married also. It is reported that people from Andhra are coming forward to give their daughters to Prabhas by spending atleast Rs 100 crore. Most of them are from Raju community. They are known to Krishnam Raju the relative of Prabhas and a senior star from the industry who is a BJP leader also.
