The AIMIM chief Asaduddin has rejected the Z category security being provided by the Central Government. Asad has been travelling across the country without any security.
He also drives his vehicle in Hyderabad and also moves around on a high ended byke on his own. Owaisis father also used to drive an army gipsy on his own.
Asads brother Akbar who is an MLA is having the security provided by the state Government apart from a bullet proof vehicle.
He has been given security after an attempt n his life in the old city.
The Government of India has reviewed the security of AIMIM Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi and provided him with Z category security of CRPF with immediate effect. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s vehicle was shot at near Chhajarsi toll plaza in Uttar Pradesh.
The leader, who was returning to Delhi after campaigning for Assembly polls in Meerut, escaped unhurt.CCTV recording of the incident, accessed by media, showed two shooters firing 3-4 rounds of shots at the AIMIM chief’s convoy.
