This time, Arun Jaitley is out of the Modi Cabinet. Jaitley has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the letter said that he can not join the Cabinet due to unhealthy reasons.
Jaitley has been absconding for a ministerial meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently. The BJP sources said after the meeting that Jaitley did not attend the Cabinet meeting due to his health issues.
Piyush Goyal was a temporary finance minister when Jaitley went to treatment in the United States. The new Cabinet is likely to have Goyal as a full-fledged Finance Ministry.
